These people are the dumbest people in the state of Arkansas!
Today, I went to get my grandson’s title for a car that he had paid in full many months ago. He moved to Wisconsin and they had no reason to hold the title to his car wht so ever. The title was only to hold for a car that he was planning on buying from them. But, he found another car a lot better as well as a lot cheaper. But, of course at the time when he went to get the title they did not have it as it was planned on to get changed over to their name and vise versa.
My grandson had a call for a job in Wisconsin and has called these low lives cum business people to mail his legally owned title to him in Wisconsin. They said No, as it could get lost in the mail and he would have to come and get it. After arguing with them off and on for weeks and still no title. He asked me his grandpa to go to this low life rip off business and get the title and mail it to him.
I went to this crappy joint called the Castle Rental & Loan rip off joint and send in another one of my grandson’s to get the damn title. They wanted an id or a copy of his drivers license in order to give a title to him that did not belong to this scum joint Castle Rental & Loan. He comes back out of the Castle & Rental jib Joint and here comes two other freaky looking goons one in my drivers side window and the other goon on the passages’s side window. The goon in my face on the drivers side states that your last name is not the same as the title. I said dumb ass I don’t have the last name because when my son divorced his mom, she took her own name which is no longer my son’s last name when Jesse was born.
Of course I am getting angry now with two idiots talking stupid shit as until we talk to the owner himself then we can’t do nothing. Of course my cell phone went dead. I said your just playing stupid games for what reason I have no idea. But, the mail has never lost anything in fifty some years that I know of. Then goon on passager side yells, well I have lost a lot of mail. I am now really pissed as here comes another goon that is dumber than the first one. I again state hey you dumb ass’s just give me the damn title and stop acting stupid. The dumb ass didn’t like being called a dumb ass when I asked him to stop talking dumb shit as to the mail service as I don’t give a damn as to how he gets or doesn’t get his mail. I want to get my damn grand son title so I can get it in the mail.
Then he said well if we can’t talk to him and verify who you are and all that we can’t give you nothing. I said ok, I will go all the way back home and get my grand son to call you. I did this and my grandson calls back and i told them what type of van you were in as well as how big you are and everything and they said for me to come and get it. I called and talked to one of the dumb ass’ and he said we need to make a copy of your drivers license and we will give it to you. I said I would be right down. Leaving now to go get it now at 1303 (1:03pm) this will continue after I have received the title and mail it as to what takes place.
Back from Castle Rental & Loan now at: 1346 (1:46pm) of course I made a copy of my own license as I am sure they would have lost it as dumb as they were. Even after my grandson described me fully as well as the van I was in. The nitwit manager of the store stated I need to talk to Jesse and see if he can tell me who you are. Well, I had to bite my tongue after all when your dealing with a store full of mussy brain cells, it’ best to dial the number as well and his wife described to the dumb ass manager that I was the grandfather with my name and address. If that is all they wanted was my address they could have had that as it’s all over the world as you may know. Upon finally getting the title I walked out of the pig pen store of cheap crap and of course the manager had to reply have a nice day. I in return had to say have a nice day. Then under ny breath, as I am sure they also said you Fuxin jackass! The store phone number for those interested in the crap that these thiefs sell for over priced junk is 479-488-6035. After all when my grandson as well as even me tried to get information as to the owner of these rat invested junk yard stores. But, not even as good as a junk yard. Believe me! I was told there is no way possible to reach or contact the owner of these stores without traveling though a maze of sorts and then even the owner will not handle anything as we do. That tells you a lot about the store when the employees say it’s impossible to contact the owner. The owner doesn’t want to talk to people that feel are miss treated and forced to jump though there stupid bullshit to get anything that belongs to you and not them.
As always this is my judgement as I judge everyone that gives anyone a hard time and I don’t give a shit who they are. This will go to where the world can get the name straight and as always any and all opinions are mine and mine alone. This is exactly how I feel about this goon robbery store and only wish I was younger to report to the public other low rate stealing low life scum buckets that steal from hard working people anyway possible. Stay clear of this scum bucket run by idiots and an owner that is impossible to reach because he’s too busy setting up other stealing locations. But, the name will remain in your minds as Castle Rental & Loan rip off. Especially pea Ridge where a bunch of circus clowns seem to put on a show for the public six days a week.
